The annual Steamboat Springs music festival WinterWonderGrass returned for its 13th year in 2026 over its usual time, the last weekend of February/first weekend of March. The festival is a Colorado musical staple now, filled with diehard fans returning year after year and newbies alike. The event was followed by an uncommon total Lunar Eclipse/Blood Moon on Tuesday morning which was visible with clear skies in most of Colorado. We break down the best moments of this year's festival.

This past Saturday night, the all-female girl bluegrass band Big Richard returned to 10 Mile Music Hall for the second time and provided a fun and fast paced dancing filled evening.

AJ Lee & Blue Summit close out tour with a sold out show at Denver's Globe Hall, A

AJ Lee performed with her own band, Blue Summit with openers Foggy Mountain Spaceship this past Friday night in Denver, CO at the iconic Globe Hall. The concert was sold out and the small 250 seat venue was packed, and the band performed exceptionally well lead by AJ's charm and incredible mandolin playing.

WinterWonderGrass returns to Steamboat Springs Feb 27-March 1, 2026

WinterWonderGrass returns for its annual outdoor festival in Steamboat Springs Friday, February 27 to Sunday March 1 with one of the best line ups of any Colorado festival this year, filled with returning and newcoming artists.
