Infinity War is a game changer, A-

While it's not the best Marvel film ever made, Infinity War is unlike anything else we've seen so far in the Avengers, and the ending is one not to be messed with.

10 Years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and we've finally come to this point. We've seen great films that have propelled an underdog super hero Iron Man into the spot light, and there's been other movies that have brought sub par comics like Guardians Of the Galaxy onto the screen in a big way. Now, everything has come together in Infinity War. The film is far from perfect, but it's also a summer block buster that fans can sink their hearts in and be stunned just like everyone else.

Infinity War is above all else, ambitious. Although we've seen Avengers before, it's nothing like this magnitude with so many of our greatest heroes, actors and actresses thrown into one film. Even after the first ten minutes you get the feeling that this has what it has come down to, and the end result is both amazing and a bit off settling as well.

The biggest threat in Infinity War might not be Thanos, but too many characters, plot lines and themes we all have to pay attention to. By the end of it, it's almost mind boggling to keep up with everything and remember it. As a result, some of your favorite actors and super heroes might have been over looked in this film, especially Captain America and Buckey (now White Wolf), who have both been a major part in the cinematic universe until this point. Why the director of the film and Marvel thought to have some rolls much bigger then others is anyone's guess, but it's a bit of a downfall not to have everyone share an equal amount of presence on the big screen.
Because of all the characters that are still there, the film does struggle on some of the plot lines that could have been worked on a little bit better.

That being said, the best thing about Infinity War is by far Thanos. We've waited ten years to be introduced to this ultimate bad guy, and the result is superb. His looks, special effects and CGI are all equally impressive. Josh Brolin does a great job portraying the villain, and you can tell that he really truly enjoyed playing the role and it will be exciting to see where his character develops in the second film.

Of course, the special effects and CGI throughout the film are beautiful to look at, especially in IMAX. The space scenes are a great addition to add to the Avengers.
Despite it being long and having character flaws, Infinity War is still an enjoyment to watch from beginning to end. It will no doubt please most Marvel fans. Like all the marvel films, there's also great punch and comic lines throughout Infinity War that will have you laughing at some iconic moments, especially Drax, who's another highlight of Infinity War.
It dares to do something different, and in that regards, the end result is by far unlike any other marvel film. The Cinematic Universe is tied together more so now then ever before, and whether that's good or bad, Infinity War gets the job done.
