Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats jam out Denver's Mission Ballroom for special holiday show, night 1, A+

Denver's own Nathaniel Rateliff joined up with his group the Night Sweats, along with Mavis Staples and a few other special friends for a 3 hour plus show for night one of their 2025 holiday event at Mission Ballroom. Both nights sold out, and it was an incredible experience for all those joined the festivities.

Wildfire Reviews best 10 albums of 2025

As we get closer to the end of the year, everyone's best of lists start to come out. Unlike Consequence of Sound and Rolling Stone, we tend to feature more bluegrass and blues artists as that's who we've reviewed live mostly throughout the year. However, we will include other genres of music as well in this list!

Sigur Ros perform at Mission Ballroom with Wordless Chorus, C+

This past Friday night, Icelandic rock group Sigur Ros performed as part of their final world tour with the Worldless Orchestra to a sold-out show at Denver's Mission Ballroom. It was by far one of the most different and unusual shows you can see live this year.

Lukas Nelson & band charm Denver with special Halloween show, B+

This past Friday night, country icon Lukas Nelson performed at Denver's historic Paramount Theater to a dressed up crowd on Halloween. Both Lukas Nelson and his band along with opening act, Loula, also dressed up for Halloween, providing a fun and charming experience for everyone. While the entire show was far from perfect, Lukas's new band sounded great, as well as the openers.

Lindsay Lou is the best at Smalltown for the Cause this weekend in Salida, A-

This past weekend, Campout for the Cause returned to Salida this year with a new festival name called Smalltown for the Cause. While rain delays occurred Saturday (we only attended Friday), a handful of wonderful musicians performed throughout the day, highlighted by several sets from Lindsay Lou.

Upcoming country star Sophia Scott charms Leadville with emotional show at the Freight, A

This past weekend on Friday night, Nashville country singer Sophia Scott performed an above average show that had the crowd dancing, especially during her second set at The Freight in Leadville.
