Neighbors is surprisingly good & has its moments, B+

What: Movie Review
Who: Neighbors
When: November 2014
Why: Another good movie from Seth Rogan

Lets face it, Seth Rogan has been on a roll lately. With such recent films under his belt like This Is the End and 50/50, one can understand why. His latest, Neighbors, also staring Zac Efron and Rose Byrne, isn't his best film to say the least, but it isn't his worst either.
While the movie shows a more mature side of Rogan, as he plays a family man in his part, it's not without humor. There's an even spread of funny and laugh out loud moments throughout the film, helped out by both Rogan and Efron. The two actors play against each other really well, especially when their plotting their 'evil' schemes.
Neighbors is no Animal House, and its a bit rough around the edges, but its a fun comedy that no doubt deserves an R rating that Rogan fans will be pleased about.

Grade:
B or
B+
