What to binge watch: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

What: TV Review
Who: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 1
When: January 2015
Where: Netflix
Why: As Part of Wildfire Reviews Binge watching series

By now, Marvel's Cinematic Universe is so successful that their not only releasing second tier and third tier films on supes that were vaguely familiar in the past several decades (can you say Guardians of the Galaxy or Ant-Man), their now expanding their bad and good guys to the small screen as well. If your thinking about watching the brilliance of Agent Carter, you should first watch Joss Whedon's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D first.
Although Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D has its ups and downs and unfortunately received a lot of negative complaints from the diehard Marvel fans, they should know that this show isn't necessarrily about their favorite super heroes Thor, Hulk, Iron Man and Captain America, but merely set in their universe.
With that being in mind, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is as fun as ever, bringing to light and full stream Agent Coulson's character (who everyone thought died in the Avengers).
This show is one face paced show, and that action only helps it to being an entertaining success in terms of T.V. land.
It's better than most super hero shows before it not only because of the action but because of the interesting set of characters within it, and come on, can we ever not get tired of seeing Skye?
The plot twists, special effects and cinamotagraphy are all well done, and hopefully Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. won't be another failed Joss Whedon project, because hey, it's actually good.

A- or B+
