Welcome to Wildfire Review's what to watch on Netflix Instant!
We'll be reviewing movies on Netflix instant and say what you should watch and shouldn't watch, so to speak. This week, were highlighting one of the Coen Brothers masterpieces, FARGO.
Short Review:
It's hard to believe that over 15 years ago came the release of one of the most epic films of the 90's: Fargo. It's dark and dreary tone set the pace and influence for many movies to come. Insanely original, Fargo has it all. Mostly, it's a guilty pleasure of violence and crime mixed in with dark and outfit comedic moments. Basically, it's the Coen Brothers at their finest. The best thing about the film (besides from the famous wood chipper season) is Frances McDarmond's performance as Marge the policeman. The film is also beautifully shot and opens up what it's like to live in the world of North Dakota and Minnesota. (Ay'). If you've never seen a CB film, this maybe a great place to start.
Grade:
A+
